The problem
A product team writes infrequently but regularly — and hates leaving its tools to do it. Pasting a changelog into a visual editor every month eventually stops happening.
What free-text mode accepts

From your code, or from your agent
An HTTP interface to send a one-off email — attachments included —, list and update your subscribers, read your suppression list, create a campaign and send it. The key is created under Settings → API, and its rights are ticked one by one: a key that can't send campaigns never will. A webhook then tells you what happens to each message: delivered, opened, clicked, bounced or marked as spam.
The same set of actions is exposed to agents via an MCP server — thirteen tools, the same rights as the key. Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex or Cursor connect with one command: connect an agent.
Two products, two workspaces
Each product gets its own workspace: its list, sender, domain, stats and subscription.
On the domain side, the free plan opens one per workspace, the Essential plan 10.
Questions we get asked
What about transactional emails?
Yes. For a forgotten password, an order receipt or an alert, your software calls the send endpoint, attachments included, and webhooks tell you what happened to each message. You'll find every one of these sends in your workspace's Messages screen, with its status and the source that sent it. These sends count toward your plan's quota, just like your newsletters.
What about my current list?
Yes. Export your active subscribers and drop the file into Mailcheer: email, first name and last name are picked up, duplicates removed, and any address on your suppression list stays unsubscribed. A tag set at import sorts the whole file in one go.
