What's new

The release log.

What's new in Mailcheer, in the order it ships.

See every feature

  1. Email appearance

Your emails start from one template that you dress in Settings › Workspace: logo, button colour, background, font. You see the email exactly as it will be sent. Emails from your automations follow this appearance with no extra setup.

    Also in this release

    • Guided campaign flow: 'What do you want to send?' then the templates for that category, the editor, send settings, preview and the Send button — in order, no jumps.
    • "This campaign's appearance" in the editor: adjust one campaign without changing the workspace's appearance.
    • Dashboard: API sends count in the total, and sender health is shown against the reputation threshold.
  2. A free week

On your first upgrade to the Essentiel plan, a week is free: your card is saved and nothing is charged until day eight. The trial applies once per workspace, even if you start on the free plan first.

    Also in this release

    • Connect your Cloudflare account in one click: Mailcheer publishes the DNS records directly into your zone, no copy-pasting.
    • Automatic alert when your domain's MAIL FROM lines have been missing for 24 hours: an email warns you before deliverability is affected.
  3. Mailcheer in English

The application interface now exists in both languages: French and English. Pages, error messages, guides and service emails (confirmation, sign-in codes, campaign summaries) adapt to the visitor's language.

    Also in this release

    • The API and MCP tools respond in English by default; they switch to French when the client sends an Accept-Language: fr header.
    • The translation catalog is split by domain: each section of the application loads only its own strings.
    • Guides, API documentation and the MCP tools reference are available in French and English.
  4. Seeing what your applications send

Emails sent from your applications through the API have their own screen: “Messages”, in the menu — recipients, subject, status, error. You filter by SOURCE, meaning the name you gave your key: when a CRM, a form and a monitoring job all write into the same workspace, one filter separates the three.

    Also in this release

    • Four figures over 30 days — sent, delivered, bounces, complaints — and the detail of every send: recipients, copies, timestamps, the error in plain words on a bounce, and the tags your application set.
    • The message content is not kept, and the page says so: Mailcheer records who, what and when, never the text you sent.
    • Workspace ownership transfer: the owner can hand it to another member and becomes an administrator.
  5. Attachments and copies in the API

A quote, an invoice, a brochure: POST /api/v1/emails accepts attachments, in Resend's format. The limit is our provider's (40 MB once encoded, roughly 30 MB of actual files) and an oversized send is refused out loud rather than arriving without its attachment.

    Also in this release

    • Visible and hidden copies: cc and bcc are accepted and delivered. A hidden copy appears in no header of the received message, attachments included.
    • One-click unsubscribe: pass the address in unsubscribe_url and Mailcheer sets List-Unsubscribe and List-Unsubscribe-Post together — Gmail and Yahoo have required this since February 2024, and without the second header no button appears.
    • A public tool, no signup: mailcheer.com/outils/verifier-spf-dkim-dmarc reads all three records for any domain and says what is missing.
    • The documentation, the OpenAPI specification and the TypeScript client describe these fields.
  6. What goes out without you, and Mailcheer driven from outside

Three mechanics now work between campaigns: a welcome note the moment someone joins, a sequence of spaced-out messages, a follow-up to everyone who didn't open. Each takes a minute to set up, and nobody ever receives the same message twice.

    Also in this release

    • A/B tests: two subject lines or two versions of the content, a slice of the list that you choose, and whichever version gets more opens or clicks goes out to the rest. Below thirty recipients per version no winner is declared — the screen says so instead of guessing.
    • Signup forms: a hosted page to share and a snippet of HTML to paste on your own site. They ask for your custom fields, apply tags, and nobody joins the list until they confirm.
    • Webhooks: Mailcheer calls your service the moment an email is delivered, opened, clicked, bounced or reported — signed, and retried if your server doesn't answer.
    • Public API and MCP server: send, manage your subscribers and your campaigns from your own code or from Claude Code, Codex and Cursor. Permissions are ticked one by one on the key.
  7. The sending engine

Campaigns go out through a queue, at a regulated rate, with an exact resume if the server stops mid-send. Nobody receives the same campaign twice — the database forbids it.

    Also in this release

    • Block editor — heading, text, image, button, divider, spacer — with a rendering that survives Outlook, and personalisation variables inserted in one click.
    • Test send to your own inbox before the real thing, then scheduling for the date you pick.
    • Bounces and complaints returned by Amazon, handled within seconds: the dead address enters its workspace's suppression list and is never written to again.
    • Opens and clicks counted per campaign and per subscriber, with the device, the mail app and the link clicked.
  8. Mailcheer's public website

The site shows the product as it exists: real screenshots of the app, pricing, FAQ — in French and English.

    Also in this release

    • Deliverability checker open to everyone: verify your domain's SPF, DKIM and DMARC records.
    • Legal pages: legal notice, privacy policy and terms of sale.
  9. Your subscribers enter Mailcheer

The Subscribers screen is in place: list with search and filters, tags, create and edit — plus a CSV import that maps your columns, deduplicates and validates every row. 10,000 contacts import in under two seconds.

    Also in this release

    • Dynamic segments with a live counter, and a suppression list so you never write to people who opted out.
    • Sending-domain assistant: DKIM, SPF and DMARC explained step by step, with the exact values to publish and a check that they are in place.
    • Senders tied to verified domains: sending name, reply-to address, default sender.
  10. Accounts and workspaces

Account creation with e-mail verification, secure sign-in, and organisations: each workspace has its own data, members and invitations.

    Also in this release

    • Subscription and billing through Stripe: plan choice, secure payment, customer portal to manage or cancel.
    • The application shell: sidebar navigation, quick search (⌘K), works on mobile.
    • Database hosted in Europe, with backups.
