The problem

An agency manages five, ten, twenty brands: as many lists, senders and voices to keep apart, and the risk, one busy morning, of sending one client's newsletter to another client's list.

What you configure per client

What a workspace carries, and what doesn't cross from one client to another, is explained on the workspaces page.

A distinct voice per client

The tone, first-name or formal address, emojis and the branded signature are all configured per workspace. The restaurant's newsletter doesn't sound like the law firm's.

A separate schedule per client

The three-month calendar belongs to that workspace alone: you only see that client's sends, and three-week gaps stand out before the client notices.

August: two emails already sent, a third one scheduled.AugustsentupcomingMTWTFSS3456789101112131415161718192021222324252627282930

A typical Monday morning

  1. You open client A's schedule: the September newsletter is set for Tuesday at 9 a.m.
  2. You draft it with the assistant, tuned to that client's voice — warm, formal, no emoji.
  3. You send it to yourself as a test, review it in a real inbox, fix two sentences.
  4. You switch to client B in the left sidebar. Nothing from A is visible.
  5. Tuesday at 9 a.m., A's newsletter goes out on its own. If something blocks it, you get a note explaining what.

Billing stays in your hands

What if I want to bill my clients myself?

You bill each of your clients however you like — flat fee, per send, or bundled into your service. You set your own margin, and nothing in Mailcheer stands in the way.

Start with one client, add the others later
