On every plan
- A send that exceeds what's left of the month's quota is refused before it goes out, in full: nothing goes out halfway, and nothing is charged on top. To send more without waiting, just change plan: the new quota applies right away.
- Each recipient counts as one email, copies and test sends included.
- The counter resets on the 1st of each month at 00:00 UTC.
- An email lets you know at 50%, 80%, and 95% of the quota.
- A new workspace, whatever its plan, sends at most 1,000 emails per 24 hours until it is verified. Verification happens automatically on its first send (automatic review). Once the workspace is verified, there is no daily cap: only the monthly quota counts.
- When the AI assistant's credit for the month runs out, the assistant stops: you keep writing by hand, and nothing else changes.
- API: 600 requests per minute per key.
- Discovery plan: it applies per sending domain, not per account. The same domain can serve only one free workspace a month.
- A plan covers one workspace: each workspace has its own subscription.

One workspace, one plan, one invoice. Open as many as you have clients or brands — each starts on the free plan, so you only pay for the ones that actually send. An agency looking after five clients doesn't pay once for five: it pays for each what each one uses.
