By design

Each template answers a precise moment in a list's life: the regular issue, the welcome, the announcement, the offer, the invitation. The template gives the structure; your words do the rest.

6templates out of 30 with an image Never at the top: the headline comes first. The image is pasted by its address in the editor; while it is missing, it is not sent, and the rest of the email reads fine without it.

What a template leaves for you to do

273 bracketed placeholders across the 30 templates, subject lines included. They are plain pieces of text, not variables: you see them as you write. And if any remain at send time, the preflight checklist names them and holds the send until they are filled in — a test email still goes out with them, so you can see them in place.

The first name is a real variable — in 30 out of 30 templates, with a fallback written alongside. Nothing to configure, only to write; and for the writing, there is the writing assistant, which returns a complete email from your request.

Start from a template

"New campaign" first asks what you are sending — a newsletter, an offer, an announcement, an invitation, a welcome — then offers the templates of that category and a blank page. Your first campaign takes a few minutes.
