Your list, column by column
On the Subscribers screen, the Export button downloads subscribers-[date].csv on the spot. The file follows your screen: filter by tag, status or segment and you get that selection, every page of it. Unsubscribed and bounced contacts leave with their status, and a cell that starts like a formula gets an apostrophe in front.
Automations on the free plan
Three recipes come ready: a welcome email when someone joins, a sequence of up to ten emails after sign-up, and a follow-up to readers who didn't open a campaign. Each one can target a single tag. When a reader unsubscribes, everything stops for them: Mailcheer checks their status and the suppression list at the moment it sends.
What else changes
- Your name on every emailMailcheer creates a sender only on a domain you have verified with DKIM, so every campaign leaves from your address. The footer tells readers they subscribed to your list, shows your postal address if you add one, and carries the unsubscribe link. Mailcheer's name stays out of the email, on the free plan and on every other.
- Subscribers without a ceilingNo Mailcheer plan limits your subscribers, the free one included. You pay for the emails you send: 3,000 a month free, then 40,000 for €19, 150,000 for €49 and 500,000 for €129 (excl. VAT). A campaign to one segment counts that segment alone.
- Forms that confirm, segments that sortShare a form's hosted page or paste its HTML snippet into your site. Each person who signs up confirms by email before joining the list, so bots and mistyped addresses never receive your campaigns. Segments combine status, tags, opens or clicks over the days you pick, and sign-up date.
- Write it, then schedule itThe writing assistant drafts your newsletter with you in a conversation, can search the web, and hands back blocks you edit by hand. Every plan includes it, within a monthly AI budget. The calendar shows three months at once: drag a draft onto a day to schedule it.

Moving from Beehiiv
Beehiiv's help center puts the subscriber export under Settings, then Export Data. In Mailcheer, add your unsubscribes to the suppression list first, then import the file: Mailcheer guesses the address and name columns from your headers and can tag every imported contact.

How do I move my list from Beehiiv to Mailcheer?

Does the free plan limit my number of subscribers?
No. Every Mailcheer plan, free included, accepts unlimited subscribers. The free plan sends 3,000 emails a month; paid plans start at 40,000 emails for €19 a month, excl. VAT.
Will my readers see Mailcheer's name in my emails?
No. Your emails leave from your own verified domain, and the footer names you as the owner of the list, next to the unsubscribe link.
Can I read my subscriber list through an API?
Yes, on every plan. Create a key with read access to subscribers in your settings, under API, then call GET /api/v1/subscribers, which returns pages of results with a cursor.
