Introduction

What Mailcheer is: an EU-hosted email marketing platform. The four steps to get from signup to your first send, with links to each part of the documentation.

Mailcheer is an EU-hosted email marketing platform: manage your subscribers, authenticate your sending domain, then write, send and track your campaigns — in English, with data hosted in Europe.

What this documentation covers

This documentation explains how to use Mailcheer: getting started, the key concepts, the API, the MCP server and the step-by-step integrations. The full feature tour is on Features and what's new, and every new feature is announced in the changelog.

WebhooksYour service receives a signed call on any of eleven events: an API email sent or failed, delivery, open, click, bounce, complaint, reply received, subscription, unsubscription, quota threshold.
API & MCP serverSend transactional emails, manage subscribers and campaigns via the REST API or any MCP-compatible client.
SMTP relayFor WordPress, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Odoo, Dolibarr or any software that sends over SMTP: smtp.mailcheer.com, an API key as the password, the same checks as the API.
Inbound webhooksAn address to paste into Typeform, Tally, Webflow, Stripe, Calendly or Shopify: every delivery brings a contact in, with double opt-in by default.
Domain testerA free public tool that reads your SPF, DKIM and DMARC records.

Where to start

  1. Create your account — your workspace is ready in under a minute.
  2. Import your contacts from a CSV file.
  3. Verify your domain to send from your own domain name.
  4. Add a sender — your "From:" address will be ready for your first campaigns.

This documentation is written for agents too

Every page has a raw Markdown version: add .en.md to the URL (for example /docs/delivrabilite.en.md). The full machine-readable index is at /llms.txt. The MCP server at /api/mcp also exposes a mailcheer://docs resource with the complete API reference.
